Wedding Invitation Ordering Guide

This guide should answer all of your questions about ordering wedding invitations from us. If, for some reason, you still have questions, please contact me at avie.designs@gmail.com
PAPER & PRINT QUALITY

All of our invitations are digitally printed on bright white, recycled card stock. Our Laser Cut invitations are cut from recycled card stock in the color of your choice.
OPTIONS

Customize your ink color, envelope color and fonts to your liking. All options as well as our full collection can be viewed on our website: http://www.aviedesigns.com/wedding.html
ITEMS AVAILABLE

Each suite has been designed with each of the following items: Save the Dates, Address Labels, Square Labels, 2 sided Invitations, Envelope Liners, Belly Bands, RSVP Cards, Additional Information Cards, Cupcake Wrappers, Menus, Programs, Escort Cards, Wine Bottle Labels and Thank You Notes. Everything you need from the engagement to after the wedding.
ORDERING PROCESS

STEP 1 -- Place your order here for the $100.00 deposit, it will be applied towards your total.
STEP 2 -- Wait to receive an email from Avie Designs requesting personalization info. If you want additional items, we will discuss that via email and I will provide a full quote for you to approve before we move forward.
STEP 3 -- You will then receive a proof for your approval before we go to print.
STEP 4 -- Your invitations will ship out 7-14 business days after proof approval and completed payment. You will receive an email with the ship date. **Laser Cut invitations can take up to 3 weeks to process**
PROOFS

Avie Designs is committed to creating the perfect invitation suite for your occasion. That is why we never charge for proofs and have no limit on the number of proofs you can have prepared. Proofs are turned around in 24 hours.
CUSTOM DESIGN

Don't see something you like in our collection? Have another idea in mind? Want your own design that no one else has? We are happy to create a custom design for you from scratch. Our design fee is $60/hour. Please contact us to get started and we will create a custom design quote for you before we get started depending on the difficulty of the design. Please allow extra time for custom design. NOTE: Custom design is not always available, so please check with us first.
PRODUCTION TIME

Your invitations will ship 7-10 business days after your proof is approved. **Laser Cut invitations can take up to 3 weeks to process**
SHIPPING

Your order will ship via UPS ground service. Your cost is $15.95 each time we ship items to you. We are happy to upgrade your shipping upon request. International shipping is available.
PAYMENT

We accept payment through Paypal, credit card and personal check.
ERRORS
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If your invitation suite is not to your liking, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to correct them for you. If the error was made by Avie Designs, we will be happy to reprint your invitations and overnight them to you at no charge. If the error was made by you, we will be happy to work with you to get your invitations re-printed as quickly as possible.
